Third Highest Year on Record for GTA New Condo Sales New condo apartment sales in the GTA grew by 27% in 2019 to a total of 25,097 units, the third highest level on record. Activity surged in the final months of the year as the 8,044 units sold in Q4-2019 was 38% higher than the same period a year ago, nearly matching the record high reached in Q4-2017 (8,755). Ontario Condos For Sale or Rent At the time of writing there were approximately 6000 condos for sale and 4000 condos for rent in the province. Go see.

STOP and realize that you have never ever seen prices rise so fast for so long and so high like this before anywhere in the history of Canadian real estate. Obviously, you have to wonder how long an owner’s net worth will increase at the expense of a buyer’s debt.
